  • Orders under $50 are subject to a flat or calculated shipping fee, shown at checkout.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Estimated delivery is generally 2–7 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Same-Day Pickup

  • Same-day pickup is available at our location during business hours.

  • Customers will receive a notification when the order is ready for pickup.

  • A valid order confirmation may be required.

6. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or other courier services depending on the shipment.

7. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
